  Gary Frank, the President of American Boiler, has more than thirty years of professional experience in the energy, boiler plant and telecommunications industry. A second-generation boilermaker, Mr. Frank is also a skilled and experienced entrepreneur. Mr. Frank was nominated as an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year’ finalist. He is a former INC. 500 CEO, ranking # 17 nationwide.

• Stuart Fox
  CFO

  Stuart Fox, Chief Financial Officer, is an experienced financial executive who has successfully managed the growth and development of dynamic businesses in a variety of industries. Prior to joining American Boiler Company, Mr. Fox was President of Fox Financial Management, a consulting firm that provides financial management and accounting services. Over a seven-year period, Mr. Fox worked with more than 50 businesses to improve financial operations by utilizing new accounting systems and inventory-control technologies. He received an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business, and a BA in Economics and International Relations from Tufts University, magna cum laude.
